Ember is committed to helping our members and the surrounding community mitigate the risks of COVID-19. We are proud to announce that Ember is now authorized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to administer COVID-19 vaccinations. We are currently able to offer the Pfizer (approved for ages 12+), Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccines.
Vaccinations are by appointment only and those interested can find our clinic by visiting the Vaccine Appointment Management System (VAMS). Appointment availability will vary as vaccine supply is limited. To check your eligibility or schedule an appointment, click the below link and follow these easy steps:
Confirm eligibility by entering your date of birth and contact information.
Once confirmed, you'll receive an email from the CDC that provides instructions for creating a unique user profile and password.
With access to the portal, you’ll be able to enter all of the information requested and schedule an appointment to be vaccinated.

Additional COVID-19 Vaccine Information
The South Carolina COVID-19 Vaccine Plan includes several phases of vaccine distribution and administration. DHEC has allowed for Phase 2, South Carolinians 12 years of age and older (for a full list, please visit the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control website). Canceling Your COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment
Patients may cancel their appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please call the office at 864-702-2365. If you need to cancel your appointment outside the 24 hour window of your appointment time, you may cancel your confirmed appointment through VAMS using your unique username and password. We will do what we can to accommodate a new appointment time for you. Please note, you may need to restart the scheduling process when we receive additional vaccines.
